Produced entirely using a specialty, highly integrated custom blend of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride material with structural core parameters optimized for durability.

⚠️ The raw compound extrusion sheets match standard requirements for ASTM Class 23447 B as defined under standard ASTM Specification D1784. MVPI pipelines maintain an active, secure continuous maximum service ceiling temperature threshold up to 93°C and exhibit a structural design stress capability rating of 2000 PSI.

Pipes are accurately sized into Copper Tube Size (CTS) paths starting at 15 mm (1/2") up to 50 mm (2") utilizing two different standard dimensional ratios—specifically SDR-11 and SDR-13.5. Fittings layers are produced exactly as per SDR 11. All identical components leverage mirroring base physical chemical parameters to avoid degradation lines. CTS pipelines can adapt seamlessly onto standard IPS frameworks via our premium IPS x CTS adapters. Our pipes are rigorously processed in total alignment with standard IS 15778 rules covering both Class 1 (SDR 11) and Class 2 (SDR 13.5) structures.
